Job description / Role
Salary AED 10,000 + benefits
A leading Catering Company is looking to hire an Out let- Cafe manager for their new café in Abudhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily operations
• Assist in preparation of budget, sales, and marketing plans for the outlet
• Maintain departmental standard operating procedures manuals and ensures that all colleagues have working knowledge and follows them.
• Manages the level consistency and quality of table and or counter service of all menu items.
• Consistently monitors the quality of food and beverages served and service quality.
• Achieves sales and profit targets and enhances the margins through effective stock management and minimising controllable costs.
• Monitors all aspects of food and beverage quality and hygiene.
• Conducts performance appraisals for employees in the outlet, regular team briefings and meetings, and ensures that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the restaurant quality standards.
• Health safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Preference UAE experienced smart Arab/Western Lady candidate for this position
Should have experience in the following areas.
- Packaging, portioning & storage of food
- Fit out and models (furniture, table, chair, clothing etc……..)
- Recruitment & Training planning for the café staff
- Standard Operation Procedures manuals of Café
- Business planning and development
- Reporting methods and strategies to the management
- Budgeting and Forecasting
