Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Attend to incoming calls in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Maintain updated CRM software & data records on all call center activities
- Maintain updated availability and information for all company projects
- Generate daily, weekly, and periodic call center reports as requested

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic & English
- 1-2 years of previous telephone handling or Call Center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
