Job description / Role
Our Company, specialising in Automotive and Insurance related products and services, is looking for Call Center Agents to be based in Dubai to provide impeccable customer service as the first point of contact through:
*Answering calls and assisting customers with their queries
*Resolving customer issues by providing accurate and updated information
*Redirecting customers to the necessary channels if required
*Maintaining accurate and effective database
*Assisting in promotional sales and marketing
*Follow-up calls in post-sales and service to existing customers utilising database
This is a permanent position reporting to the Call Center Supervisor.
Working hours: Shifts on 24/7 operation
Requirements
Candidates must have the following:
*Minimum 3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
*Automotive / Mechanical background preferred
*Call Center experience preferred
*Outstanding customer service and focus
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Able to handle difficult customers
*Multi-tasker and works well under pressure
*Positive "can-do" attitude
*Self motivated and driven
*Computer literate
Language Fluency: Arabic and English are essential
