The Role


The Role


1. Contact prospective customers to sell the company's products or services.
2. Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
3. Contact customers and update customer account information.
4. Answer incoming customer general inquiries, complaints etc.
5. Create various work related requests in response to customer queries and needs and follow up until they are realized.
6. Contact customers for special offers and promotion, service campaign etc.
7. Follow up with the Customers to understand if their complaints are resolved or take feedback on the Company services.
8. Sell the prepaid services and extend the warranty contracts.
9. Remind customers to renew the vehicle insurance.

Requirements


Requirements


Education : Diploma/University degree
Experience : 6 - 1 year experience in call center environment
Language: English and Arabic.
Skills :Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with patience and ability to work under pressure.
