Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To answer all incoming calls and assist a customer in their specific enquires.

• To make out-bound calls attaining prospective customers for the use of sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet websites and other sources.

• To create further interest in the company’s services by inviting prospects to visit the showroom.

.• To transfer calls to the concerned sales person as per the rotation and to maintain database of logged-on-calls.

• To provide a high level of personalized customer service.

Requirements

• Degree or a diploma holder
• Should be bilingual (English and Arabic)
• Should possess at least 2 years+ years of experience in a similar field
• Interpersonal skills
• Good listener
• Customer oriented
