The Role


The Role


Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Produce call reports

Requirements


Requirements


1. BA/BS required
2. 6 months customer service experience
3. Customer support experience preferable
4. Strong Internet skills and experience
5. Must enjoy customer interaction and be committed to surpassing customer expectations
6. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to perform multiple tasks
8. Effective problem solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues
9. Experience communicating with customers via multiple channels including e-mail and telephone
10. Creative, self-starter, team-player, with groll-up-sleevesh attitude
11. Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
12. Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
14. Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
15. Team player
