Job description / Role
- Provide quick, accurate, friendly consultation and helps for customers.
- Handle customers calls queries, customers needs and concerns.
- Inform customers about the companys special offers, events & promotions.
- Receive feedback about the companys service.
- Track prospect customers by follow up & update their data into Database.
- Transfer/ redirect the customer to the related/ concerned destination/ department.
- Make In-bound calls / Out-Bound analysis on periodic basis.
- Conduct customers satisfaction survey.
- Conduct different research & studies for CRM Concern.
- Handle customers queries online via company portal.
Requirements
- High school, diploma or equivalent.
- +2 Year Experience in a similar position or customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Very good written & oral skills in English & Arabic.
- MS Office Applications literacy & expertise.
- Must be based in Kuwait.
