Our client is one of the worlds leading construction support services and facilities management companies, operating in both public and private sectors throughout the globe.

Seeking a Call Centre Manager to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to the users of client and stakeholder services.

The successful candidate will require a high-level of experience in managing a customer-focused department, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. A Customer Service qualification is preferred.

Requirements

Parkhouse Bell is recruiting a Call Centre Manager for our client, a global leader in construction support services and facilities management, currently working on one of the largest projects in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Call Centre Manager will ensure the delivery of service in the call centre is in accordance with the Customer Service Strategy outlined by both the company and client. This will involve working against defined KPIs and effective time management to guarantee a cost effective and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will be come from a high-level customer service background, preferably with a recognised Customer Service qualification, and possess at least 3 years in a managerial role. MENA experience is preferred.
