Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Coordinate all activities of the call center.
•Answer all incoming calls politely and efficiently.
•Perform all daily activities in the call center as per the duty roster.
•Strive to increase efficiency, minimize errors and to maximize the customer service.
•Follow instructions from the Reception supervisor and the team leader of the call center.
•Assist the Reception supervisor and the team leader in all day to day activities within the call center.
•Take initiative to perform and complete all pending activities within the department as and when needed, without being told.
•Attend internal briefing for all staff within the department before the start of each day.
•Provide regular feedback to the supervisor about the functioning of the department.
•Take lead in motivating staff performance and enhancing output through optimizing the human resources in the department.
•All other jobs or duties that are assigned to you in your capacity by your supervisor or team leader from time to time.

Requirements

•Experience working in high profile call centers
•Good spoken Arabic and English is mandatory
•Ability to handle huge volume of incoming and outgoing calls without compromising on quality
•Well developed selling and telemarketing skills
•Excellent telephone manners
•Must be a quick learning and team player
