Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Air Arabia is looking for dynamic ambitious customer focused individual to join its Call Center Team. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the functions of the Call Centre Sales team in order to ensure that group sales target are exceed or achieved.

• Confer with Department Manager to develop methods and procedures to increase sales and promote business.
• Handle all complaints related to group bookings
• Develop, implement, review and monitor procedures that are implemented to achieve the Sales unit objectives
• Maintain strong communication links with all departments
• Guide the sales team in networking within the market with individuals (freelancers) who handle groups of tourist /passengers and maintain the relationships.
• Stay updated with the market dynamics and the rates/ propositions of the competitors.
• Ensure that all group bookings are paid on time
• Ensure achievement of Monthly /Annual Target
• Prepare Quotations and ensure that the documentation is completed as per the procedure.
• Preparing Monthly Group / Tele Sales Reports
• Managing Group Leaders Accounts
• Tele Sales: closely follow up with customers and influence them to make the payments and close the group Bookings. Ensure that all group bookings are paid on time and the cases are closed within the parameters.

Requirements

• More than 1Year experience in related filled
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Time management
• A polite and friendly manner
• Lots of initiative
• A positive attitude
• Able to work to targets
• Should be able to speak both English & Arabic fluently
• Able to work flexible / extra hours when required
