Established in the 1930s as a trading business, Al-Futtaim is one of the most progressive regional business houses in the Gulf region.  Today, Al-Futtaim operates through more than 65 companies in sectors as diverse as commerce, industry and services, and employs in excess of 20,000 people across the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Pakistan, Singapore and Europe.Gulf Marketing Research is Al Futtaim Group's market research arm. Having operated in the gulf region for over 30 years, GMR provides vital market inputs to associated group and external companies across a range of marketing and business issues.We are currently looking various Call Centre Agents to work from our Call Centre in Dubai. Reporting to the Call Centre Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties:* Handle all customer calls / transactions on all areas of operations and relevant departments in a courteous and professional manner* Follow the call script in a timely manner * Accurately capture customer/ transaction comments * Work on other related process or Ad-Hoc call centre projects during work hours * Ensure process KPIs are adhered to and achieved consistently * Achieve an average score of 80% on call quality * Capture customer code frames* Achieve 100% of daily targets You will be expected to work on rotational shifts as part of the 24/7 operations. Ladies will only be expected to work between the hours of 7am to 11pm. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo apply for this role you must have the following qualifications, skills and experiences:* A university degree/diploma in Arts/Humanities/Science/Commerce or Business Admin* 1-3 years experience as call centre agent in a voice process role* Additional experience related to the field of Customer Service/Market Research would be a distinct advantage* You must be fluent in written and spoken English* Your written English skills must be of a high business level* Knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic/Tagalog/Urdu/Hindi will be an added asset * You must be proficient in using MS Office - especially MS Excel* You should also have a typing speed of at least 30 wpmYou should be Customer Service oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude. |
