Job description / Role

The Hertz UAE franchise started in 1993 and has grown into an operation that is the top car rental and leasing company in the UAE. Hertz has the largest purpose built rental facility in the Middle East. The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels.
We are currently looking for Call Center Agent to be based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Answering customers' calls and assisting them with their queries.
* Probing and creating interest from customers by providing them with in-depth information about our services.
* Ensuring compliance with policies and customer qualification procedures.
* Ensuring that all rentals & related records/documents are maintained in line with Hertz' procedures.
* Providing productivity reports to the Call Centre Manager as and when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following:
* A High School diploma.
* At least one year of experience working in a call center or in a car rental company.
* A positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
* Experience in a customer service role.
* Willingness to work in a 24 hours call center and should be comfortable working in shifts.
* Preferably an Arabic Candidate.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
