Call Centre Agent
1.1. Answering Inbound calls from potential/existing clients, tenants/landlords and investors regarding property enquiries, request, or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
1.1 Maintaining a client database maintaining accurate records on properties & clients. All paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Better Homes. This is to be undertaken in accordance with the procedures as set out by the division.
1.2. Providing accurate information in a clear, courteous and professional manner.
1.3. Correctly identifying the caller’s requirement and ensuring that a proper qualification is done before forwarding the calls to respective consultants/departments in a timely and efficient manner.
1.4. Handling a large volume of calls at any given time. Reducing the number of lost calls by ensuring that telephone lines are available and that all incoming calls are answered and forwarded to the appropriate divisions in a timely and efficient manner.
1.5. Reporting and completing all tasks assigned by the Team Leaders to ensure maximum productivity.
1.6. Carrying out several tasks at the same time (Multi-tasking): This may include,
1.6.1 Take rapidly-arriving incoming telephone calls one immediately after
1.6.2 Handling online chat sessions with clients.
1.6.3 Document/Log all incoming calls accurately using the in-house software.
1.6.4 Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
1.7. Identifying and reporting all customer complaints (concerns) to the CRM Manager and documenting them for further validation.
1.8. Carrying out Courtesy and Feedback Calls in a timely and professional manner to ascertain the clients experience whilst dealing with our Property consultants and to document every opinion raised directly into the database.
1.9. Promoting good listening skills and manage the length of calls.
1.10. Listening to and critique recorded conversations for purposes of improving customer skills.
1.11. Performance Reviews will be based on daily set of targets and goals achieved by you as an individual and the contribution made towards your Team.
1.12. Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with the system as they arise. Briefing the CRM Manager on any critical issues.
1.13. Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
1.14. Problem solving and trouble shooting within the division as required.
1.15. Conducting any communication with landlords, tenants, clients and Better Homes staff in a professional and courteous manner.
1.16. Remaining abreast of signage and advertising requirements, and ensuring this information is accurately conveyed to the Marketing Division.
1.17. Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that are in support of Better Homes and it’s various divisions.
1.18. Observe the proper office timing and rosters, and inform the Team Leader and CRM Manager of your appointment when you are out, on leave or taking sick leave.
Applicant must be proficient in both English written & verbal communication skills.
All candidates whom apply must have at least 1+ Years working within a Call Centre.
Applicants within the United Arab Emirates are preferred.
Well presentable and well spoken.
