The Role


The Role


To make business calls (marketing) to the targeted customers during promotional
campaigns

To communicate ‘marketing message’ to the customers

To take written notes of customer information, enquiry, query, etc.

To work on the database (Enter any new data through tele-marketing or telesales process; Update the database with right information obtained during the telecom with customer)

To make business calls (sales) to the targeted clients, giving information on the products and benefits of participation, to generate sales-leads.

To take incoming calls that relate to card enquiries to provide the correct information and answer queries

To capture “leads” and pass on to the respective staff for further action.

To send required information by fax, e-mail or SMS using the call centre software to the customer(s).

To handle visitor registration and front-office counters, when required.,
Task expected to complete per day: 80 to 100 successful calls

- Diploma holders with GPA of 2.7 out of 4, Secondary School with marks 60 % ( the
experience candidate will eliminated from this conditions)
- Omani candidates is preferable
- Age should be 19 to 28 years
- Should possess fluent Arabic & English
- Should have strong personality and Excellent communication
