The RoleThe Role-To make business calls (marketing) to the targeted customers during promotional campaigns -To communicate ‘marketing message’ to the customers -To take written notes of customer information, enquiry, query, etc. -To work on the database (Enter any new data through tele-marketing or telesales process; Update the database with right information obtained during the telecom with customer) -To make business calls (sales) to the targeted clients, giving information on the exhibition and benefits of participation, to generate sales-leads / appointments for respective Project Manager -To take incoming calls that relate to exhibition enquiries to provide the correct information and answer queries -To capture “leads” whether to ‘exhibit’ or ‘visit’ and pass on to the respective staff for further action. -To send required information (given as templates for each exhibition by the supervisor) by fax, e-mail or SMS using the call centre software to the customer(s). -To handle visitor registration and front-office counters, when required, during exhibition(s) -Task expected to complete per day: 80 to 100 successful calls |
RequirementsRequirements-Very good Communication skills in English; (Arabic and English for bi-lingual); -Written English skills (to work on the database, to communicate to customers through e-mail, or fax – when required) -Computer skills (Preferably a certification course in Computer Applications) to work in the database and call-centre software. -Pleasant personality -Ability to quickly grasp marketing briefs (whether written or verbal) from Superiors & Project team. -Ability in time-management. -Ability to work as a team-member to achieve the collective goal. -Ability to deal with people in face-to-face selling activity for career growth as “sales professional” -Industry knowledge (about the products and product group) |
