Employment: Full Time

The duties and responsibilities for this role are:

* Handle all customer calls / transactions on all areas of operations related to Motor Underwriting and Motor Claims Department in a courteous and professional manner.
* Ensure that the products/services information provided to the customers adheres to the required standard and company policy.
* Follow the call script in a timely manner.
* Accurately capture customer/ transaction, comments.
* Provide the necessary reports, call logs, etc.

Requirements

To apply for this role you must have the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

* A graduate of any business degree
* At least 3 years of work experience in a call centre environment
* You must be fluent in written and spoken English
* Knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic/Urdu/Hindi will be an added asset
* You must be proficient in using MS Office applications

You should be Customer Service oriented with good analytical skills, result oriented and have the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
