Employment: Full Time

Your role as a Call Centre Insurance Executive is to ensure that every member of your team is providing excellent customer service on providing information related to motor insurance. Supervise the call centre representatives and ensure that they perform as per the required standard and company policy.

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, you must have the following skills and experiences:

* A graduate of any business degree
* Must have at least 4 years of experience in a call centre holding similar job responsibilities.
* You must be proficient in using MS Office applications
* Has the ability to handle a team of call centre representatives

You should be Customer Service oriented with good analytical skills, result oriented and have the ability to demonstrate positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
