Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager who will be responsible for all operations and quality for their business in Bahrain.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring quality and leading on audits, development of strategy, monitor and adherance of SLA's, performance management & preparing reports for SMT.

Requirements

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level in a western university and have a strong contact centre/call centre background. You will have excellent communication and IT skills along with being able to present reports at a senior level.
