The Role


An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a large Service provider in Dubai as their Call Centre Manager
30k per month
Western Educated candidates only
Full time and on call at the weekend

You will be responsible for a call centre of over 100 people
Traveling required
Manage and motivate the team
Management of recruitment of team
Training of team
Analyse situations, formulate action plans
Deal with issues with customers
Motivate team members
Complete client management for the call centre

Requirements


Requirements


At least 5 years call centre management experience
Western educated candidates only
Flexible hours of working
Degree qualified
5 years management experience
Track record of call centre productivity management
Competent in Microsoft office
English language and 2nd language required
Strong sales or customer service background
Strong manager
