A Call Centre Manager (or Inside Sales Manager) at Regus is tasked with leading and driving performance of a team of Inside Sales Agents responding to Regus enquiries in order to convert them into sales. This consists of understanding inside sales processes in order to meet sales goals. The Inside Sales teams are the first impression of Regus to our customers and are extremely important in winning new business. The Inside Sales Manager will be seen as the leader of this local team and is expected to be hands on and can lead by example.

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales performance and operational compliance of each Inside Sales Agent. This individual will proactively measure and drive team performance, conduct ongoing training and coaching and evaluate customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

* Coach and develop each team member through ongoing training, including side by side coaching and monitoring recorded calls
* Ensure the team's meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales goals
* Drive a high energy, enjoyable and rewarding working environment
* Manage site staffing levels to ensure team efficiency and cost control
* Be the first point of contact for team members questions and customer escalations/issues
* Effectively communicate with upper management trends, issues and opportunities, both with regards to business and team member development

Requirements

Experience required:

* Experience with people management. A minimum of 6 months leadership experience in a similar role, guiding others towards a common goal
* previous sales experience in a similar role, preferably over the phone
* Intermediate level of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Flexibility to work the hours required to make contact with prospects and ultimately convert prospects to customers
* Ideally both Arabic and English speaking
