The RoleThe RoleOur business is a world class tourist destination where people come from all over the globe. The destination brings together a diverse range of customs and culture covering music, dance, arts and handicrafts, theatre, costumes and cuisine of different countries. Currently we have a vacant position in our call centre were you will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting visitors, guests and vendors in their specific enquiries. Key Roles and Responsibilities of the position include: Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries Build customers interest in the services and events offered by our destination Provide personalized customer service of the highest level Update the existing databases Arrange for the dispatch of information packages and brochures General administration duties Liaising with other business units. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: Requires a Higher Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years customer service and/or 2 years call center experience Pleasant and friendly mannerism Basic computer knowledge and technological skills, including using browsers and email, using search tools, familiarity of CRM solutions Proven verbal and oral communication skills Recognize signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond without getting angry Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information Treat people with respect under all circumstances, Uphold the values of the organization Manage difficult customer situations by responding promptly to the needs of the customer High level of motivation A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette Due to the nature of this role, you will be able to demonstrate Arabic and English communication skills.
