The RoleThe RoleDoha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country. We are currently looking for a Camp Boss to join the team until the end of the year. The successful candidate will: Verify and check compliances of camp on a day to day basis. Camp Administration Local Purchase for soft furniture etc. as per company norms Rooms allotments as per company procedure Accommodations for new arrivals Checking rooms every day ( Anybody absent or sick) keep record Any sick person arrange medication/transportation (If required) Supervision for Housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc.) Keep record for water tanker (If buying from outside) otherwise meter reading on weekly basis. Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record if tanker hire-in. Supervision of Staff/Workers Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for new arrivals/departures Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for distribution of company letters etc. Camp Maintenance Receive material as per packing list quantity and quality wise and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate. Delivers and sets up furniture for various campus events as requested. Start and maintain the recreation facilities in camp Warranties, repairs and surplus property. May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area Compile the records of the supplies. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Successful candidate will have: * 3-4 years experience in a similar position. * Experience dealing with various nationalities * Knowledge of hygiene standards and processes |
