Inspire Selection are working on behalf of a Facility Management Service provider based in Abu Dhabi, currently recruiting a Camp Manager to run their 10,000 bed accommodation camp.
The Camp Manager will have full responsibility for running and supervising the workers accommodation, including managing the maintenance, operations, finances and sub contractors based on the camp.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the sub contractors responsible for Maintenance, Soft Services, catering, security Pest control and waste management.
Camp Administration.
Business development within the camp to increase occupancy levels.
Planning & Implementation of camp policies and procedures.
Cost Control.
Local Purchase for soft furniture etc. as per company norms.
Rooms allotments as per company procedure.
Accommodation for new arrivals.
Supervision of the house keeping team.

Requirements

Skills:
Must have experience as a Camp Manager based in the UAE on a similar sized camp.
Must have budget control experience.
Excellent communication skills, with English or Arabic as a first language.
Ability to prepare reports.
Computer literate.
Ability to solve problems.
Strong personality with leadership character.
