The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking for contractors for a period of minimum 6 months who will be engaged in a campaign management implementation project on client side in one of the Major Telecom Companies of Middle East. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe contractor should have the following skills: - Hands-on experience in implementation of Campaign Management tool for a large Telecom operator - Expertise in SQL and understanding of telecom data structure (CDR, CRM etc) - Understanding and prior experience in at least one of Campaign Management Tools: HP, SAS, Aprimo/TCRM, Unica, Siebel/Oracle - Solid knowledge of campaign operations process for launching campaigns in a telecom environment - Solid exposure to communication channels (SMSC, IVR etc), Fulfillment and Charging systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English |
