Candidate Sourcing Administrator
Up to AED 15,000 plus benefits
Dubai, UAE

We are a brand new start up Talent Acquisition organization and are seeking an experienced Candidate Sourcing Administrator to support the Consultants and General Manager.

This busy and challenging role will involve sourcing and screening candidates. The ideal candidate will be articulate, able to liaise at all levels and be able to multi-task.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to work in a positive, highly energized and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly professional, organized candidate who can consistently meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing/screening candidates
Writing/placing job adverts
Entering and updating all information on recruitment software
Sending out interview confirmations
Checking terms of business have been signed and received
Updating LinkedIn and Twitter
Providing support to the Consultants and Business Manager
Covering for the Administrator when required
Entering vacancies, client, candidate information on recruitment software
Reference checking
Identifying new business opportunities through various websites
Formatting CVs
Writing job descriptions

Requirements

Criteria:

Western Educated preferred
A Degree would be an advantage but is not essential
Minimum 2 years experience within a recruitment agency
Excellent presentation skills
Someone able to work on own initiative
Someone proactive not reactive
Strong communication skills
Competent user of MS Office including Word, Outlook, iCloud, Excel
Experience of sourcing candidates on UAE job portals and LinkedIn
Someone who can think laterally and work under pressure
