UAE National!
Assist the Organizational Capability Manager to maximize the capability of the company
Development of staff, through utilizing the best practices and researches.
Coordinate several capability initiatives such as in house and external training programs,
Preparation and delivery of soft skills programs and on the job training,
Staff development & follow up with inventories, employees’ annual objectives
Creating organizational charts, job analysis and job descriptions
Creating Personal development plans under the direction of Organizational Capability Manager.
Handel & help develop the Emirati Development Program
Salary up to 18K AED
Requirements
Male UAE NATIONALS ONLY
Candidates must have:
University degree
HR related experience
Inductive and deductive reasoning
Excellent Oral and written communication
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good report writing
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR practices, especially in training, development, career planning,
talent management
Training, and strong coordination skills
Interpersonal communication at all levels
Analytical thinking
Fresh Graduate looking for a career in HR with excellent communication skills & eager to progress acceptable
