Job description / Role
One of the highest performing banks in the region, offering innovative banking products and financial services is looking for an experienced Manager for Technology Solution Delivery, Cards Issuing Business.
Solution Delivery:
Responsible to manage and deliver initiatives including Projects and application enhancements (URFs) related to Cards Issuance.
Requirements
- Prior working experience of at least 5 years in cards issuing platform like CTL Prime, HPS, VisionPlus
- End to end understanding of cards processing and lifecycle
- Experience in TANDEM is preferred.
- Proficiency in Visa and MC association rules for cards issuing and exception / charge back processing is important
- Domain Knowledge in Financial Services
- Functional and technology knowledge on major banking applications
- Exposure of managing Credit Cards related Projects is mandatory
- Latest technology trends in Banking
- Cross border team management experience.
- Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
- Strong Portfolio/ Program management and general management skills.
- Senior Stakeholder Management
