The RoleThe RoleOur client is a Leading International Bank who has had a presence in the Middle East market for over 35 years. The Group has one of the largest international networks with operations in nearly 80 countries and 194,400 employees, including more than 150,000 in Europe. Due to a CSR initiative a fantastic opportunity has risen for a Career Centre Officer. Working closely with the Career Centre Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of education and personal development programs at the centre. A key component of the role will be to bridge the gap between the education and the private sector enabling those using the services to be exposed to opportunities that otherwise may not have been evident or possible. You will be an enthusiastic administrator with an interest in assisting with marketing activities that engage local education institutions and NGO’s, coordinating targeted campaigns to generate interest and attendance at the centre. Candidates who have experience managing events would be preferred. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must be educated to degree level, be passionate about the education arena preferably experience within a learning and development/ career centre capacity. You must have excellent presentation skills and communication skills, be a team player with effective internal and external relationship management skills and have the ability to interact well with students, international trainers and suppliers. Due to the nature of the role you must be a self-starter and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting demanding deadlines with strong attention to detail. |
