Career Development Assistant - Part-time Contract

An international educational institute is currently looking for Career Development Assistant to provide administration and coordination support to the Head of Corporate Partnership and Career Development. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and is a part time, contract position of 20 hours per week and will start immediately and completes in March 2015.

Daily administration is related to business development and to the planning and delivery of departments events and the incumbent will work as part of a team to support the career development of the students.

Duties will encompass but are not limited to:
- Managing correspondence with corporate clients
- Office support such as typing, filing, faxing, copying and preparing mailshots when needed.
- Management of the database by tracking student and company feedback, creating and maintain emailing lists for events, BD, newsletters etc.
- Events management for career development center events by creating and distributing marketing material, hosting events, communicating with attendees, guest registrations at events, interfacing with various stakeholders and writing follow up reports.

Requirements

Our client is looking for previous experience as an administrator and someone who is people orientated and able to solve problems with little direction.

A courteous, diplomatic, polite and positive attitude is essential as is a multicultural awareness, self- motivation and the ability to work autonomously.

This role is offering AED 4,000 per month.
