Job description / Role
Objectives
- To create and maintain a level of talented resource to ensure continuity of operations
- To provide participants the opportunity to work in diverse and challenging work environments
- To create a pool of talent motivated to take on international assignments and develop themselves
- To support this pool of talent so that they can successfully grow into key positions within the Group
Program Overview
- Program is made up of 3 rotations, each for a duration of 12 18 months
- The rotations will be across different competency fields and various locations across the Region to maximize your exposure and gain a breadth of experience
- Key learning objectives will be set at the start of the program in line with the behavioral competency framework
- Assignment goals will be agreed and asssessed througout each assignment with a local Assessor
Reporting
- An Assessor will be assigned on each rotation
- Head Of Department and Career Manager in Dubai HQ

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Legal, Finance, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Business Management
- Fresh Graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Other languages are an advantage
