Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and implement Career Development program, processes and procedures.
- Ensure delivery and administration of Career Development programs by providing appropriate level of training and other development interventions in accordance with the company's overall training plans.
- Provide support to management in developing, integrating and implementing efficient and comprehensive career development program for all levels of employees viz. fresh graduates, experienced professionals and para-professionals to improve and maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and establish a systems, processes and procedures to cater to the objectives of Career Development Program in line with overall Training & Development strategy of the company.
- Design robust competency framework and use scientific and structured method for competency assessment for identification of gaps to form the basis for development interventions.
- Design the Individual Development Plan (IDP) based on identified gaps to address career development needs in line with career paths and plans.
- Develop and implement career development interventions by identifying appropriate resources within the approved training budgets and plans of the company.
- Organize and coordinate effective delivery of career development programs with related return on investment ratios to ensure they are cost beneficial to the company.
- Establish strong feedback and evaluation system to measure effectiveness of development programs to determine whether the desired objectives have been achieved.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, with knowledge of Training and Development methodology
- A professional certificate in Training and Development e.g. ASTD or CIPD OR Master Degree in Human Resource or related discipline would be an added advantage
-Working knowledge of SAP (HR Module) with experience of e Learning
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
- 10 to 15 years experience in the field of HR of which at least 5 years in Training and Development
