The RoleThe RoleFantastic opportunity to join a leading cargo airline Expat Tax Free role Location: KSA - may be based in either Jeddah, Dammam or Riyadh With an extensive global airline and freighter network, this high profile Middle East Airline and Cargo Carrier is seeking to appoint an experienced, hands-on Cargo Operations Manager for their cargo business. With responsibilities that include managing the day-to-day Cargo Terminal Operations and Airport Warehousing this role, will oversee a large-scale transformation of the operating facilities and environment of the cargo operation. It will manage the client operations services, cargo terminal management and staff, cargo handling facilities including cargo build up and breakdown and soon to be state of the art warehouse operations. Bringing hands-on experience and best practice process knowledge to the role, you will be joining an International Executive Team leading a dynamic change program with significant investment and growth of this leading Air Cargo business. RequirementsRequirements Minimum 10 years+ of demonstrated Cargo Operations experience at a Management level within an Air Cargo business and have a solid knowledge of Air Cargo Operations on an international basis. Have a strong track record in managing airport cargo terminal services across all areas of warehouse operations. Experience in driving and implementing best practice air cargo terminal processes, systems and overseeing facility upgrades. Expertise in IATA Air Cargo laws and regulations. Excellent communications skills (English must be the native language). Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic Be a well structured, highly professional individual who is results focused. Internationally orientated executive with excellent business acumen and is a savvy hands on operator.
