Employment: Full Time

Air Arabia is looking for an dynamic individual with a passion for delivering Cargo Operations Learning and Development interventions for all applicable areas of the company acting as a role model for Cargo operations excellence in terms of actions, behavior and appearance.

The Cargo Operations Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of operational and technical training courses required in the concerned department while working with partners, customers and internal employees to package best practices into training courses. The training courses will cover specific areas related to Cargo Operations.

The Cargo Operations Trainer must ensure the continued development, updating and implementation of training syllabi and course schedules are done effectively in coordination with the concerned stake holders. The job holder must be in a position to deliver any adhoc training sessions as required by the Company.

Requirements

- Educated to a minimum of Degree level, IATA certification in Cargo Operations is desirable
- Must have a minimum of three (03) years experience in Cargo operational activities
- Previous experience of training in aviation / Cargo operations environment is desirable
- PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage
- Must be fully knowledgeable and conversant with Cargo operations procedures, Equipment safety operations, Emergency procedures and Airport ramp procedures
- Must be a team player with an ability to work independently under minimal supervision
