The RoleThe RoleAs a Cash & Account Services Manager, you are to primarily plan, direct and supervise all cash and account services transactions in local and foreign currencies. This includes Account opening, Maintenance, Closure, Scrutinizing account opening documentation, Cheque books , Debit cards and all other cash & account services related activities. You are to ensure staff adherence to bank policies, procedures and KYC requirements and lead the cash & account services team in their daily activities in order to ensure timely, accurate, and complete service delivery according to the established policies, procedures and SLAs. You are expected to execute EOD review process of the unit's transactions according to policy and procedures. You have to ensure if outsourced services are done as per the contract and correct any deviation (G4S,NCR,etc). You will also assign and distribute responsibilities, in consultation with the head of central operations. |
RequirementsRequirementsAn ideal candidate will possess a degree in Banking, Finance ,Economics or Financial Accountancy with a minimum of 8 years experience in Banking Operations and a 3 years experience in Cash Management Environment. In addition to this, a minimum of 2 years experience is required in Account opening environment. Apart from this, a strong knowledge of account opening documents and regulations, KYC requirements , signature verifications, fixed deposits, cash & ATM management is expected.Effective communication skills,very good Interpersonal skills and Leadership and mentoring skills will be possessed by an ideal Manager. |
