Company:
Our client is a leading international bank. They are a global leader in banking and financial services and are involved in retail, corporate and investment banking.

They are currently looking to recruit Cash Management Sales to be based in Riyadh

Duties & Responsibilities
• Drives Cash Management Sales and leads the discussion with Coverage to identify Cash Management opportunities.
• Consultative, product neutral approach: he will provide the best solution for the client with a long term relationship in mind.
• Actively maintains his knowledge of the market, competition, regulatory developments to be able to act internally and externally as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Delivers sharp and sleek Proposals and Pitches, correct in the content and the form.
• Maintains dialogue with the client during the deal, implementation and the lifetime of the relationship and becomes the “go-to” person for any Cash Management enquiries.
• Works with the Business Manager to ensure accurate representation of own results in the MI
• Maintains dialogue with mid and back office to monitor correct P&L reporting.
• Maintains Client First for pipeline and for call reports.

Expected Contributions
• Interacts with Coverage by contributing to CAP sessions, with Implementation to aid speedy implementations, with Client Management to ensure timely resolution of service issues
• Providing continuous market intelligence and client feedback to serve possible future developments
• Actively X-sells to, primarily, CDL, Trade and Fixed Income.
• Supports campaigns touching the flow business (Centric, changes of billing, changes of TD booking etc)
• Coordinates with ICM teams worldwide

• Seeks Product Manager assistance when technical knowledge is required
• Attends, delivers required training to achieve the best possible delivery to the clients
• Escalated promptly any client raised issue to prevent negative consequences to the relationship.

Essential Requirements:
• Previous Sales role in the TB area or ICM Product Management experience
• Previous client facing role in a Sales or Relationship Management function
• Solid in Cash Management, WoCA Management.
• Local knowledge of the market in the MEA region
• Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills
