Cash and Bank Manager - FAMCO - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking to recruit a qualified Manager - Cash & Bank to be based in our Jeddah office, and be part of a growing finance team. This role reports to Financial Controller and will be responsible for providing financial, administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

Your primary responsibilities will cover the following:
- Performing the month end closing process and bank reconciliation.
- Perform Treasury activities related to Cash Flows, Borrowings & Bank Facilities management.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Cash & Bank department in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external stake holders.
- Ensure the Cash & Bank team is replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
- Provide day to day management of the Cash & Bank team - motivating and leading the team you will also lead the way in developing processes and efficiencies.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 individuals, who will be Cash & Bank Accountants.
- Regular reporting and analysis to KSA based executives and occasionally with corporate staff as well.
- Provide and implement recommendations to improve both systems and processes that benefit the organization as well as Success Factors.
- Partner with the Payables Team to help assure accurate and timely payments and reporting.
- Lead and/or support New ERP system implementation, enhancements, upgrades or new product roll-outs.

Requirements

- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities.
- Minimum of four years post qualification experience with good knowledge of Cash & Bank function, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- You will have experience of processing and payment of invoices in multiple currencies as well as experience of working in a shared services Cash & Bank function.
- Ability to naturally analyze, prioritizes, and synthesizes all types of information to allow timely and effective business impact on a consistent basis.
- Sufficient balance of wisdom, flexibility, balance, intelligence, confidence and ability to prioritize to be able to operate (both as individual and as team leader) at a very high level of effectiveness extremely demanding, driven and execution-oriented environment.
- Unquestioned integrity and ability maintain required confidentiality associated with this key financial position.
- Professional Accountancy Qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
