Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Cash in Transit Division Manager will be responsible for the successful commercial and operational management of the Division.
• Ensuring that Best Practice and Protocol is adhered to at all times with regard to the Process Management of the Service Delivery.
• Manage the CIT Drivers and Guard Force, including Supervisors and Managers in addition to the Fleet Manager and Workshop.
•Health & Safety, Audit Management and Risk Management for the Division.
• Business Development and Expansion of the Division.
The candidate must have a proven work record of a management position within the Cash in Transit industry in one of the Following countries: UK, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand or the EU!

Requirements

• Previous Management Experience within the Cash in Transit industry
• Working knowledge of Best Practice with regard to international standards governing CIT operations
• Commercial Experience in terms of managing a budget
• Business Development & Expansion experience
• Management of Key Performance Indicators and Service level Agreements
