The RoleThe Role- Withdraw cash from bank, disburse petty cash payments based on the Original approved invoices, Recording all payments and receipts in Cash statement and recording all transactions into computer system on daily basis. - Replenish cash whenever cash reaches down to a certain limit. Make sure that cash is available at all times for petty expenses and urgent payments. - Handle petty cash funds with the employees or departments. Prepare cheques in employee¡¦s name after getting approved invoices etc. Prepare separate details for each petty cash fund. - To make sure that all the cash transactions are made in accordance with the ADFSC Policies and procedures. - Receive payments by cash and cheques. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. - Count cash money in cash drawers at the end of shifts each day to ensure that amounts are correct and equal to the cash statement report. - Compute and record totals of transactions and generate, on a daily basis, cash statement report of amounts and numbers of transactions. - Sort, count and wrap notes and coins. Keep cash in a secured safe.Deposit on a daily / weekly basis cash in bank. |
RequirementsRequirements- Certificate in Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent. Candidate must have Arabic and English skills. - Fresh graduate having relevant work experience of more than 3 years. Be an effective team player who is able to work both in a team environment as well as independently. |
About the CompanyAbout the CompanyThe Farmers’ Services Centre (FSC) is a newly formed organisation operating in the emirate of Abu Dhabi specialising in the provision of farmer support services and the marketing of farm produce. We work with local farmers in Al Gharbia (Western Region) to improve farming practices leading to higher production levels, better quality crops, and greater environmental outcomes. We also work with retailers and large corporate and government customers to provide them with a secure supply of quality produce. Essentially, we provide a full suite of services – from farm to market – and in this way, the FSC is developing sustainable agriculture for Abu Dhabi. |
