As a Starbucks Category Manager for Beverages, you will lead the development of new products and product-related marketing opportunities. In this position you will develop strategic assessments for products, manage the product performance against business plans, and budget effectively in order to achieve financial and business objectives.

To achieve this you will manage product line against operating plans and budgets, track product and program performance vs expectations and provide meaningful insight and recommendations to address variations in performance. You will also lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and marketing opportunities from concept to commercialisation and monitor the marketplace for new product innovations, competitors, lifestyle trends and emerging technologies.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in product or brand management within a leading FMCG or retail business. You will also be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, assortment planning and inventory management as well as a passion for best-in-class execution with high levels of energy and resilience to drive business results.

Requirements

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (business administration, communication, marketing)
* Progressive experience in product or brand management at a leading FMCG or (multi-unit) retail company
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and consistently use your communications skills to influence outcomes
* Working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, assortment planning and inventory management
* Able to partner a passion for best in class execution with high levels of energy and resilience in order to drive business results.
