Job description / Role
- Being 2nd in line for leading Marketing Department and thus taking part in strategic planning and COMEX meetings in the absence of Marketing Head.
- Manage product portfolio of various categories.
- Create and Implement new product launch.
- Continuously analyze the Category availability data.
- Addressing performance issues & recommending solutions.
- Create Promotion/ Animation Plan to develop brand awareness, recruit new customers and reach turnover target.
- Monitor competitive activities & propose innovative ideas for category activation.
- Listen to and develop a deep understanding of consumers.
- Interact effectively with other departments to support marketing objectives.
- Forecasting – Monthly forecast for the categories, followed up with monthly review.
- Price Management.
Requirements
Good knowledge of marketing in the FMCG in GCC.
Knowledge about Product Development is preferred.
Master degree in marketing.
Experience: 5 years in FMCG food stuff company.
As Category Manager or Category Management.
