Job description / Role
- Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods.
- Monitor action of the staff to ensure that health and safety standard of food and beverage are delivered to the costumers.
- Proposing & managing catering events for corporate & private clients.
- Creation & Evaluation of catering menus with the restaurant kitchen.
- Inspect equipment's and food deliveries.
- Resolve customer complains about food quality or service.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, its equipment, and facilities,
- Motivate employees to work as a team, to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
- Ensured that all the inquiries are handled carefully and met effectively.
- Preparing Marketing program.
- Review of sales & ensure proper measures for reviewing the same.
- Track revenue against budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Bachelors in hotel Management.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules.
- Should be able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- HACCP Certified.
- Strong Leadership skills.
