The RoleThe RoleThe Administration Group provides leadership and guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Company's HR & A policies and programs to promote efficient and effective people management in an organisational environment. The group provides value added and innovative HR & A strategic and operational solutions by acting as business enabler to achieve the Company's planned objectives and strategies. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of Human Recourses & Administration team and you will be responsible for: * Supervising of the catering Services Contract within Ruwais plant. * Overseeing the contractor performance on a daily basis, in all contractual areas. * Representative on location to safeguard Borouge interests and ensure that the contractor(s) comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. * Liaising with related Divisions and departments as the first line of contact regarding contractual and related budgetary issues. * Supervising of catering staff to ensure optimum food quality, observance of Health & Hygiene standards and high level of all commissariat services. Liaising with other departments locally and in Abu Dhabi to ensure that all relevant standards are maintained and that these services are efficiently and effectively provided. * Assisting in Food Safety audits & inspections conducted on Borouge contractors premises, including water and food sampling program development. |
RequirementsRequirements* A recognized degree in Hotel and Catering Management or equivalent. * Minimum 8 years experience in Industrial / Hotel catering, two years of which in a supervisory level in HACCP implementation & Auditing. * Good Knowledge of English and Arabic. |
