Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities
- Management of the catering operations on the clients hospital premises
- Working closely with the executive chef, you will be involved in menu re-engineering and delivering new concepts and menu selections including special diet menus
- Preparing and managing budgets and financial aspects of the contract focusing on profitability, budget control and revenue performance of the contract
- Ensuring compliance to statutory and international HSE&Q standards
- Management of stock, inventory, purchasing and procurement activities to ensure overall compliance with the clients contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Ensuring manpower and resourcing is at maximum whilst maintaining excellent employee relations and general employee welfare
- People management
- Ensuring the adherence to international HSE&Q standards including UAE HACCP Food Safety

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Catering Management
- Minimum of 5 10 years catering operations experience in the UAE, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Have a proven record in catering operations gained from multinational organizations
- Have experience of fine dining and fast food catering operations

Candidate Profile
- Aged between 32 40 years old
- Have a valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in English is essential
- Physically fit
