Job description / Role
- Having knowledge of Handling Labour type of catering services preferably worked in Middle East.
- Able to handle the Project ranging from 300 to 2000 people independently and/or with his team members staff.
Requirements
- Hotel Management or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in hotels preferably in Industrial catering and Gulf returned.
- Knowledge of menu planing, cost control, work schedules production and distribution planing, cleaning schedules, etc.
- HACCP knowledge, Food safety and Food Hygiene procedures aware.
