Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
Sells products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform management activities including but not limited to, review and approval of contracts with clients, review design documents and plans with the estimation department and review and approve technical reports, project schedules, and project cost estimates.
• Review progress payment with Sales Officers
• Implement marketing strategies.
• Implement sales objectives according to sales quotas related to the region and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
• Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Job Specification:
• Required Education Level: BS Interior Design or Equivalent
• Required Experience: 10-15 years
• Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge: meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to

Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Staffing
• Required Languages: English – Arabic
• Required Training before Starting the Job: Yes
