Job description / Role
Our client, a leading global built asset consultancy is looking to hire a Change Control Manager for their iconic tunnel and bridge project based in Qatar. They deliver exceptional and sustainable outcomes through the application of design, consultancy, engineering, project and management services.
Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will be responsible for managing the change control activities across the project including coordinating the identification, impact assessment, reviews, approvals and incorporations of all proposed changes. Supporting the commercial team in negotiating the closing out supplier claims will also be a key responsibility as will maintaining a database of all scope, schedules and cost changes so you can provide periodic reports on the status of these changes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in civil engineering along with a PM qualification, preferably APMP or PMI. You should also have hands on experience using proprietary change control software. It is essential that you have more than 10 years post grad experience in a large infrastructure project or programme controls position where you have acted on behalf of your client or owner.
