Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Administer the changes to the contract and the project, in relation to schedule, cost control, technical impacts.
- Manage Change Orders and ensure proper support of administration and proposal preparation.
On-going proactive involvement with project management in review of project status, including review of contractual status to ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones and identification of changes in scope in contracts
- Management of process for change in scope quantifications, preparation of contract amendments and presentation and negotiation with clients.

Requirements

- Must have 10-15 years of experience in multi discipline rail/transit projects, knowledge in rail systems disciplines
- BS degree in systems or mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in project controls, schedule, coordinate with various engineering disciplines and contractors/subcontractors and identify and manage extra work efforts and change orders.
