We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager (Civils) to join our team currently working on King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting, high profile project in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Experience/Capability Requirement

25 years experience in a senior commercial role preferably with a contractor with an emphasis on change (variations) management.
Several years experience of working in the Middle East with major airport experience a preference.
F+G Grade 14
BSc + MRICS or similar
Experience of preparing, managing and finalising accounts with major and extensive changes.
Experience of preparation and defence of major submissions for both time and cost with differing methods of analysis.
Experience in senior role managing and working with a team of commercial and planning staff.
Ability to deal directly with client.
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
Experience of managing and finalising variation accounts for a major contractor.
Experience of handling major subcontracts.
Experience/involvement with variations in both defending subcontractor claims and prosecuting claims against the client.
Ability to identify changes and develop strategies.
Written work to be of the highest standard.
Extensive contractual knowledge and adaptability to differing conditions.
