Employment: Full Time

A leading global company specialized in professional equipment is seeking a Channel Assistant Manager to join their Dubai office.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To develop incremental business and brand impact in the MEA Territories by leveraging strong business relationships within a comprehensive portfolio of channel distributors, accounts and product categories, in line with the Company strategy, to achieve stated sales and objectives.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners.
- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
- Communicate masterfully with partners on new products and service offerings.
- Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
- Work with internal Marketing team to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects
- Achieve a sustainable profitable growth of the business in the assigned countries.
- Motivate distributors / dealers and customers to achieve sales targets in their respective countries.
- Account manage distributors / dealers and customers in assigned territory.
- Actively work as a team member with the sales department peers and the rest of the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Electronics is highly preferred
- Ability to handle customers effectively and with sensitivity
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with a multi-national team
- Good working knowledge and understanding of the business practices in MEA
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and within demanding time constraints.
- Knowledge and exposure to systems and solutions
- Experience in Channel Sales & management of at least 5 years
- All Microsoft Office related program
- UAE Driving License
