Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-known leading food production and manufacturing company with presence in more than 50 markets for almost three decades with a turnover in excess of multi-million dollars, they are looking for a Channel Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Reporting to the Market Manager, dealing with Distributor and third party in charge of production and installation the Business Development Manager will be working as a Financial Acumen for the company, guiding sales opportunities, cultivating networks and sustaining customers satisfaction.

Core responsibility will be to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Sales & Distribution in the market, through a robust annual tactical plan for the assigned channel in full collaboration with relevant distributor teams and departments.

You will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets across Modern Trade, Whole sale and Van Sales channels and eliminating out of stock (OOS) in market and other challenges across these channels along with carrying out details market and competitive analysis.

Our client is looking for someone with strong sales negotiation capabilities with compelling communication, able to drive a team and helps them in developing and coaching to excel in their responsibilities.

Requirements

- Holder of a bachelor degree from recognized university.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in FMCG sales/distributor management with exposure to the assigned trade channel (Modern Trade/ Wholesale/ Van Sales).
- Preferably Arabic speaker.
- Preferably experience in the same market.
- Excellent Negotiating Skills.
- Good command of English Language.
